Unique historical building charm, Scenic outdoor seating areas, Community engagement through local events
The conditions of the rooms were less than satisfactory!!! Maintenance issues such as peeling wallpaper and dirty carpets detract from the experience. Improved parking access and better noise insulation would be beneficial!!!

Couple's Great Getaway
Had an really good breakfast where the chef himself made our dishes to order, everything just cooked right! The room was very spacious and the decor was great, like living in a dream for a night.
It wasn't cheap, but for what we got, it was still reasonable.

Charming and spacious
We spent a night here, and it was a nice experience. The suite was huge, more than enough room for our family. The service was top-notch, and the food was really good at the restaurant. Just a heads up, the entrance to the parking is super narrow—definitely not for bigger cars unless you're a great driver.

The staff were very friendly, attentive, and welcoming right from our arrival, creating a warm atmosphere. The room was amazing, features included a comfortable bed and a stunning view of the surrounding area. the dining experience was disappointing. pastries were stale, and service lacked attention to detail, particularly with dietary requests.

It was just a nice choice for a short stay in Swindon and great for the money. The staff were willing to accommodate our afternoon tea voucher issue after a miscommunication. Keep in mind that parking can be tricky for larger vehicles.

Had a fantastic afternoon tea that felt like a high-end affair, rivaling some of the top spots in London. The good presentation of sandwiches and cakes included standout items like the lemon posset and sausage rolls, making it a nice treat.
The layout can be a bit of a maze, with stairs that aren’t well-lit, especially for those with mobility issues. Plus, the peculiar smell in the corridors wasn't exactly ideal, and while it won't ruin your stay, a freshening up would help. Lastly, parking can be a hassle due to narrow access and some unfortunate angles. Keep an eye out or you might end up nicking your car.
